The hotel has friendly staff and a lovely indoor/outdoor pool. However, the room's cleanliness was lacking, with visible dust and an overwhelming smell. Additionally, the absence of a refrigerator and microwave was disappointing. The dining experience was decent, but the prices felt a bit high for the quality.

The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Although breakfast wasn't offered, having plenty of towels readily available was a nice touch, as was the later check-out time at 1 PM, which allowed for a more leisurely morning. However, I encountered a frustrating incident when I returned to find my personal items removed from my room prematurely by housekeeping, which left me embarrassed and inconvenienced.

We loved the location, super convenient for our trip to see our son. The pool bar was a nice surprise, and room service was pretty quick. The beds were doubles, which felt a bit cramped for two, and we missed having a pack & play for our toddler since housekeeping was done early. Overall, solid stay.

During my stay, I found the staff eager to assist, and the access to nearby parks and attractions made my weekend explorations effortless. with the El Paso Firefighters Museum just over 2 km away and Parque El Chamizal about 7 km from the hotel, I was able to stroll through these beautiful areas with ease and enjoy the local ambiance.
